The health sector is growing in Australia, and you can now study the Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) online while completing on-campus practical training at your local TAFE Queensland Redcliffe campus.

Students get to complete their hands-on practical training at the state-of-the-art, purpose-built hospital facilities at the Redcliffe campus.

You’ll also have access to the Redcliffe campus library, which has individual and group study areas, computer labs and course-related materials to take your career in nursing to the next level.
The Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) is the minimum requirement to register as an Enrolled Nurse.
Completing this course will see you enter the workforce with the advanced skills to perform clinical assessments, care for people with complex needs, and administer and monitor medications and IV therapy.
You’ll also qualify to seek registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Upon successful registration, you may find work as an Enrolled Nurse within a diverse range of healthcare settings.
