Final phase of Lakes Vista Office Park development

Construction will start soon on the final stage of a major North Lakes office precinct.

The last three commercial buildings will complete Lakes Vista Office Park, at 2-4 Flinders Drive, North Lakes.

Principal developer Re-Grow Capital Group said the coming work will also deliver an improved floor area–to–parking ratio for future tenants.

The new buildings will revitalise the eastern portion of the site, which has remained undeveloped since the original 2008 approval of plans.

Collaborating with Nettleton Tribe Architects, Mewing Planning Consultants and DMA Partners, the design has been refined to meet project objectives and Council expectations.

Intermittent noise and construction activity should be expected during the construction period, says Re-Grow Capital Group.

Every effort will be made to minimise disruptions and maintain safe access throughout the precinct, the developer says.
