Luxury is on the horizon at GemLife Moreton Bay, where the highly anticipated Country Club will soon deliver world-class leisure and social facilities for homeowners seeking the ultimate over-50s lifestyle.
GemLife is one of Australia’s leading developers of luxury over-50s communities, renowned for combining premium design with vibrant, social living.
Currently under construction, the $18 million waterfront Country Club will take pride of place beside the resort’s largest lake, the nine-hectare Brolga Lake.
Designed to make the most of panoramic water views and natural surrounds, the new hub reflects a new architectural approach for GemLife.
“The development marks a different design and building approach for GemLife,” says GemLife Managing Director and Group CEO Adrian Puljich.
“Rather than going up two or three storeys as we’ve done at other resorts, the GemLife Moreton Bay Country Club will be spread across a single level, spanning more than 4000 square metres over two striking buildings – the Beachside Pavilion and the Lakeside Pavilion – connected by a soaring 8.5me roofline and an impressive central courtyard.
Inspired by nature
GemLife Interior Design Manager Jennifer Kyle says the interiors were created to embrace the natural landscape.
“Spaces will be layered in rich timber tones, deep forest greens and elegant burgundies – a palette that mirrors the surrounding environment and captures the play of light on the lake,” she says.
“The result is a warm, grounded ambience that speaks to both sophistication and serenity.”
A new standard in resort living
The Beachside Pavilion will feature a grand ballroom, lounge bar and commercial kitchen, alongside a hair salon and consulting rooms. The Lakeside Pavilion will offer a cinema, games room, ten-pin bowling alley, virtual golf, wine room, library and art studio – all designed to foster connection and wellbeing.
Outside, homeowners will enjoy an infinity-edge pool, spa, alfresco dining and a private sandy beach leading to the water’s edge.
“With beautifully curated spaces for every mood and moment, the GemLife Moreton Bay Country Club is designed to embrace life to the full,” Mr Puljich says.
The Country Club is slated for completion in the second half of 2026.
From the lakeside luxury of the Emerald Collection to modern homes beside the protected koala corridor, GemLife Moreton Bay offers a lifestyle like no other.
