Almost 5000 people took part in the 2022 Jetty 2 Jetty Fun Run on the Redcliffe peninsula yesterday (Sunday, July 17), enjoying perfect conditions and a positive vibe.
The event is Queensland’s most scenic and longest-running fun runs, and the feeling among participants is always supportive and fun. Even those running the half-marathon can manage a smile and thank you to volunteers along the way.
The Kindred half-marathon was won by Liam Boudin (01:04:45) for the second year in a row. He has been entering Jetty 2 Jetty since 2018. Nicholas Free was second and Tom Grieve was third.
The first woman across the line in the Kindred half-marathon was Cassie Fine (01:16:49) followed by Samantha Phillips (second) and Richelle Hill (third).

The Moreton Daily 10km run/walk was won by Tim Vincent (30:11), followed by Kai Lok Wong (second) and Matt Cooper (third).
The first woman across the line was Cara Woolnough (34:41), followed by Jacqui Wilson (second) and Shiloh Watts (third).

Natasha Price won the Moreton Daily Wheelchair 10km (38:58), followed by Adam Sheppard (01:06:43).
The Planet Fitness 5km run/walk was won by Thomas Feldmann (16:38), followed by Kyan Simpson (second) and Richard Barron (third).
The first woman across the line was Stephanie Bain (20:30), followed by Sienna Edmunds (second) and Emilia Schulze (third).

The Sesame Lane 3km was won by Owen Hughes (10:01), followed by Ahmad Rane (second) and Owen Isaacs (third).
The first woman across the line was Kate Beardmore (12:56), followed by Blair Burke (second) and Briella Plint (third).
