A new food and drink court is being planned for a corner block near the centre of Samford Village.
Samford Market would have six food outlets and one bar at 1-5 Mary Ring Dr, off Mt Glorious Rd, just beyond the roundabout.
The development application, lodged with Moreton Bay Regional Council last month, shows the biggest would be a bar at 348sqm.
An adjoining food outlet would be 244sqm and like the bar have alfresco areas, on the site which is in total just under 3000sqm.
The remaining five tenancies are shown as 84sqm each, with 41 parking spaces. Opening times would be 11am-10pm seven days a week.
Buildings have been designed to be “reflective of the scale, form and materials of other nearby buildings,” says the application.
The site is also shown as being within the Samford Township Centre Precinct.
