Spring Carnival a free celebration for all
Published 12:00pm 6 September 2024
A free community fun day filled with food, live entertainment, sideshow alley games, a petting zoo and market stalls will be held at Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre this month.
Everyone is invited to take part in the festivities of the Spring Carnival, which will be held from 10am-2pm on Friday, September 27.
Encircle CEO Barb Power OAM says the carnival will be a fun and cost-effective day out for families to enjoy during the school holidays.
“With the current cost of living crisis, we know that taking the family out for a day of fun is sometimes simply unachievable. This is particularly true on school holidays,” Barb says.
“That’s why we’re excited to invited everyone to our Spring Carnival at the Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre.
“There will be live music, activities, food, drinks, and community stalls. The best part is that everything is free.
“Our vision here at Encircle Community Services is to enrich community, and our fun days are an important part of this.
“There are always lots of smiling faces and seeing the community come together to enjoy a day of fun that won’t break the bank brings this vision to life.”
