D’Aguilar

About D'Aguilar

Located northwest of Caboolture, D’Aguilar is a rural town between Wamuran and Woodford. D’aguilar is segmented into rural acreages and rural/residential subdivisions. There is a hotel/motel and general store in the centre of town.

History of D'Aguilar

D’Aguilar was named after Major General Sir George D’Aguilar, a military officer who was the author of Regulations and Punishments of the British Army, an army textbook in use at the time of the establishment of the town.
