A Warner resident or visitor scored a sweet $1 million treat in last night’s Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw - but may be unaware of their win!
The mystery ticketholder held one of the two division one winning entries and is a new millionaire.
But, the winning entry was not registered to a player card, so The Lott officials cannot notify the ticketholder and must wait for them to check the ticket.
The entry was bought at Nextra Warner, Warner Village Shopping Centre, Samsonvale Rd, where the team was thrilled to have sold a division one winner.
Anna Hobdell, The Lott spokesperson, said: “It’s very likely this division one winner is oblivious to the fact they became a millionaire in last night’s draw.
“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto entry at Nextra Warner to check their tickets as soon as possible."
“Imagine if the Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto ticket that’s sitting in your back pocket, tucked in your purse, or under a fridge magnet is worth $1 million!
“All you need to do is visit our website at thelott.com, scan your ticket on The Lott app, or head to one of our outlets to find out if you’re the winner.
“Make sure you check your tickets."
If you do discover you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.
The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4357 on January 17, 2024 were 44, 15, 34, 29, 21, 30. The supplementary numbers 33 and 11.
