The YMCA Op Shop at Mango Hill is having a special Festive Footpath Sale this weekend.
A one-day sale will be held on Saturday, from 9am-4pm, outside the shop and Salon at the Y on Halpine Dr.
The shop opened last August and has become increasingly popular. It is currently overstocked with donated and new stock.
Op shop supervisor Sharon Hazel said all books, DVDs and CDs will be $1 and there would be a 50 per cent sale on such as summer clothes, Manchester, homewares and toys.
Pepper Jane
The YMCA Op Shop team will be running a sausage sizzle and staff at Salon at the Y will have special offers on hair care products.
There will also be live entertainment from singer-songwriter Pepper Jane and a sausage sizzle, both from 10am-1pm.
Pepper Jane has opened shows for Renée Geyer, Neil Murray, Deni and will be playing YMCA by Village People among other songs on Saturday.
She released a debut single Keys in September 2018, followed by a live EP Raw and Lightly Salted in Tasmania in mid-2019. A double album Released is under way.
