Words by Nick Crockford

Treat mum like a queen on Mother’s Day at Jazz & Shiraz Ferny Hills, which is part of the 2023 Hills Festival.

It will be wine time from 1-5pm on Sunday May 14 at George Willmore Park, off Ferny Way.

Bring friends and family then sit back and enjoy smooth sounds and fine wine at this community event which is free to attend.

There will be live performances from talented local musicians Tristan Watson, Breanna Fielding and the Leena Salim Jazz Duo.

Plenty of food trucks will also be on site for those looking for a bite to eat.

There will be a licensed bar selling wine, beer and cheese platters, but this is not a BYO event.

Jazz & Shiraz Ferny Hills is presented by Moreton Bay Regional Council.

It is supported by strategic sponsors Moreton Alert, Ausbuild, UniSC, Brisbane Whale Watching, Village Motors and Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club.
