Remember - highway off-ramp closing tomorrow

A major Bruce Highway off ramp in the Moreton Bay region will close tomorrow for 54 hours.
Dohles Rocks Rd exit ramp (Exit 130) will temporarily shut from 10pm Friday July 17 to 4am Monday July 20 for essential work.
It will also close on July 24-27 and July 31-August 3 from the same times, though the of ramp may reopen sooner if work is ahead of schedule.
The closures are for drainage and pavement works for the new northbound entry ramp in the Bruce Highway upgrade, Dohles Rocks Rd to Anzac Ave (Stage 1).
Transport and Main Roads (TMR) says: “Unfortunately, there is not enough space to complete the works while keeping the ramp open to traffic.”
Motorists who use the Dohles Rocks Rd northbound exit will need to use the Anzac Ave exit (Exit 133) during the closures and follow the signed detour route.
TMR says: “Local residents may experience temporary increases in traffic and construction noise while works are underway.
“Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to the community. Plan ahead, allow extra time, and take care on the road while these traffic changes in place.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding while we undertake these vital works.”
