Salvos Stores Redcliffe

Salvos Stores Redcliffe is one of the larger op shops on the peninsula, selling pre-loved goods donated generously by the community. With new arrivals every day, there is always something new to discover. The store also offers discounted colour tags, so there’s always a bargain to find. Shop in-store or online from Monday to Saturday.

Gold Coin Op Shop

The perks of shopping at Sutton Street’s Gold Coin Op Shop are never ending, with all items priced at $1 or $2. All money raised at the Gold Coin Op Shop goes directly to the Gold Coin Heroes Foundation, which raises funds for those in the community in need. The shop is a drop-off point for The Breakfast Club Redcliffe; and offers barista-made coffees and haircuts for $2.

Sonshine Sanctuary Op Shop

Sonshine Sanctuary Op Shop offers a wide range of clothing items, jewellery and children’s toys, but the shop certainly stands out for its range of affordable pots and plants. All proceeds go towards victims of domestic violence.

Luv Me 2 Times

Luv Me 2 Times is a small, family-owned op shop that donates to Surf Life Saving, Paralympics, AiPol and many other organisations. Luv Me 2 Times provides good quality clothing at affordable prices, from clothes and linen to bric-a-brac and fancy-dress costumes, there is something for everyone.

Kidney Support Network Community Op Shop

Kidney Support Network Community Op Shop is volunteer-run and a registered charity, raising funds for the Kidney Support Network, which supports those suffering from kidney disease. The op shop has a wide variety of items, including furniture, bric-a-brac, homewares, clothing and children’s toys.

Save the Children Op Shop

Save the Children Op Shop is another one of the Peninsula’s larger secondhand stores. All proceeds go directly to Save the Children foundation, which helps millions of children worldwide.

Industry & Co – Collective

Industry & Co – Collective is a new secondhand store that is run by ROPE, which provides support, education and life skills to people living with intellectual disabilities. The store puts a spin on the usual op shopping experience by offering more boutique items at op shop prices.

Margate $2 Op Shop

The Margate $2 Op Shop is a volunteer-run secondhand store offering a wide variety of items for only $2. All funds raised go towards maintaining the store and ensuring the prices of items don’t increase for customers.

Lifeline Superstore

Lifeline Superstore is the largest secondhand store on the Peninsula. There is an abundance of items to purchase at affordable prices, with all proceeds going to Lifeline; a not-for-profit organisation that supports Australians struggling with their mental health. The most unique aspect of Lifeline Superstore is the entire warehouse at the back of the store filled with furniture, from bedframes to wardrobes.

Emm Power Shop of Opportunity

Emm Power Shop of Opportunity at Clontarf offers a nice blend of affordable clothing and bric-a-brac, but especially formal wear. The store donates to mental health organisations and offers a community pantry for those in need.

My Preloved Wardrobe

My Preloved Wardrobe is a little bit different to the usual secondhand store, as it offers a clothing exchange program for in-store credit. You can shop online or in-store, with nothing over $10 for men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and shoes.

Red Cross Shop Margate

The Red Cross Shop at Margate is the perfect place to shop for clothing for every season. All proceeds go to the Australian Red Cross foundation, which supports people during crisis.

Blackbird Clothing and Exchange

Blackbird Clothing and Exchange is temporarily located at Margate, and focuses on selling clothing for as little as $1 to $5. The store also has an exchange program and free school uniform days. The second hand store is also a drop off point for Formally Ever After QLD donations.
